Mr. Rahleik R. Garcia

On February 24, 2001, Rahleik Royel Garcia was welcomed by his mother and father, Ne’Ermanyah Garcia Dickson and Roy Robinson, of Johnson City, TN. He was blessed to be loved by another father, Chris Dickson who loved him as his own and with whom he also developed a strong relationship. It is with deepest sorrow that we announce Rahleik’s untimely passing Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at the age of 21. "Rah", as many knew him, was a son, father, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. He grew up in Johnson City and attended Science Hill High School where he played both football and basketball. Basketball was his love. Any time Rah saw a basketball, he was sure to pick it up and challenge his cousins to a game that “He” often won, although his cousins would say differently. He shared a special bond with his cousins. They were more like siblings and did everything together. Rahleik was creative and had a gift of music. He had a beautiful voice and enjoyed writing. He will always be remembered for the song he wrote during Christmas for his mother, titled “Mama, I L.O.V.E Youuuu”. He performed his smashing hit at the age of 12 and had the whole family laughing and in awe of his talent. Rah loved making people laugh. He was silly, a jokester, always dancing and sharing the joy of his warmth and loving heart. Rahleik went on to have his first son Kassian Royce on August 8 and then Elias La’rell on March 26th. Rahleik was a loving and compassionate person who loved his children and family fiercely. Whether it was reunions, vacations or holidays, he would always find comfort in being his true self around his family. Rahleik was ambitious. He not only dreamed of doing big things, he would put his vision into action. Like the time he had the vision to build a fort, or the time he got into extreme sports, and started riding dirt bikes (which he taught himself how to ride at the age of 3), and going snowboarding. He had entrepreneur goals as he hoped to begin planning custom clothing and design. Rahleik loved God. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church where he was a part of the children’s choir, the church youth group and the usher board. Rahleik was preceded in death by his beloved Uncle Shadiyah Murphy, grandfather Ronald B. Murphy, Aunt Joan Mutts; Great Grandparents: Anna Delores and Robert Murphy, and Ramona and Heriberto Garcia. Rahleik is survived by his children, Kassian and Elias; his mother, NeErmanyah Garcia Dickson and Stepfather, Chris Dickson; his Father, Roy Robinson; his Brother, Zyair; Sister, Amiyah; Brother, Tyrese; grandmother, Zippora Garcia; Aunts and Uncles, Yachannah Murphy Galloway (Shon), Yirayah Garcia, Ta’Avdiyah Garcia, Ayisha Bradley; Cousins; Akeyla, Emanyae, Aliyanna, Yabre, Markeis, Trevor, Zoe, Avye, Asaud, Azariya and Arion; He also leaves to mourn his Great Aunts and Uncles; Sandra Jackson (Douglas); James Murphy (Libby); Regina Murphy and Angela Murphy-Miller. A host of second cousins and Godmothers, Marshal Hariston and Kissha Williams; Godfathers, Bobby Hariston and Odarius Williams. A Beautiful Soul is Never Forgotten.....
